You need to post a screen shot of the full Edit screen for the sales invoice involved. Also, describe exactly how you obtained the QR code you scanned.

No, @Rashad496, you showed a small fraction of an Edit screen, omitting all line items. I asked you to post the entire Edit screen. Please realize that, while you don’t understand what is happeneing, everyone else has far less information than you do. We know only what you tell us.
