Journal Entry does not show Customers and Suppliers Names

When creating a new journal entry, the names of customers and suppliers do not appear in the drop-down list.

What edition (desktop, server, or cloud) and version number? What operating system and version?

This is being faced in cloud edition

None of the questions are irrelevant. Sometimes problems are traced to specific browsers, sometimes specific operating systems.

I cannot reproduce this problem. Have you restarted your servers? Do that here: https://cloud.manager.io.

@Tut its happen on Desktop edition also. Customer name list not appearing in Journal Entry. Desktop version 21.3.55 Windows 10 64bit

Using version 21.3.58 customer names appear in my journal entry
