I have recently updated to Linux version 25.9.11.2765 and have been receiving the following error message every time you change menus or select buttons.
If I select ok numerous times it does disappear but then reappears when I select another menu or button. Could anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks
Can you show screenshot what you mean by selecting another menu or button?
Thankyou for your reply. After attempting to screenshot the error again this morning, the problem seems to have disappeared and is no longer an issue.
@lubos The same issue has begun again today.
Below is a screenshot of when I select the ‘Reports’ menu option on the side. This error message happens when you select any of the menu options. As well as any ‘buttons’ like create invoice/batch update/any arrows etc.
This only started after updating Manager to Linux version 25.9.11.2765.
Any assistance would be appreciated as its frustrating to constantly select ok multiple times to progress through Manager. Thankyou
Basically once this error starts, you get this error anytime you click on something that would take you to another screen. Correct?
What if you restart the program? Does it fix the issue temporarily?
Yes, once error starts it happens every time you click on something regardless of what it is. Even selecting the X to close the program.
If I restart program, the issue fixes temporarily. If I navigate away from the program or the pc is inactive for a period of time, then the issue starts again until I close program and restart. Then there is a period of all working ok.
In the latest version (25.9.13) I’ve removed the part of the code which was triggering this error because it was not really needed. However that will not solve the issue because the error is symptom of something else going wrong.
Perhaps, launch the latest version from terminal and observe if you get an error in the terminal around the time clicking on links within Manager stops working.
I updated to latest version and have had no issues since. I will monitor as suggested. Thankyou
