Is there a reason why in the Inventory Quantity Summary at the end of 2023 I see 61 as the closing balance:
But then when I look at the item’s details the closing balance is 67?
The number 61 on the report is not clickable since it shows the total of previous figures.
Where exactly did you click to see closing balance 41 ?
Each inventory item has multiple balances. Qty owned, Qty on hand, Qty available etc…
I am not sure where the number 41 comes from. Did you mean 61? or 43?
For this item at the end of 2023 there is a difference between the quantity on hand and the quantity owned, and it appears that the Inventory Quantity Summary report shows the quantity owned, not the quantity on hand. Correct? That is where the confusion comes from, we thought is was the quantity on hand
