Invoiced dont disappear when marked as paid

Hi all

I just updated the application on linux.

When I create a sales invoice.

And I click view to view the invoice.
I select create receipt . And fill out the information that its paid into my account… its saves buy when I look at my sales invoice …

It still shows outstanding
And does not show paid in full stamp at the bottom.

Please can you assist me ?

Where does it show “outstanding?” And exactly what do you mean? This is not a term used in the program. Post a screen shot of the Edit screen of the receipt. Also post a screen shot of the View screen of the sales invoice.

Apologies. My father was inserting every account marked as paid with an expense. I managed to find the issue .
