Invoice print out (Theme & Size)

Hi,

Need help.
Last time, we had lines between columns on the printing result. and the printing size works fine even though we use landscape or smaller size of paper.

However, the printing result change now. all sizes become A4 portrait. and no line between the column.

is there any way to have previous printing result.

Have you tried using the Theme Enhancer to put the lines back ?

Is this when you use Print button. Can you show screenshot what you see?

Are you using Firefox by any chance?

yes, i use firefox and print button. below is the sample

and also the printer size does not show the correct size

I know why it’s happening on Firefox, I will implement something to fix that. As for page size, can you change Paper size in right panel to A4? What happens when you do?

It is fine to use A4 paper portrait. but we cannot use A4 landscape.
there is no landscape button anymore.

even though we change the paper size. the invoice is still become portrait.

This is the sample using google chrome too. the envelope size turn out to be like that.

In the latest version (25.7.11), borders should be fixed in Firefox and ability to choose A4 landscape too possibly.

Hi @lubos ,

Appreciate your help again. the latest updated cloud Manager Io has problem again with the printing result. it is the same case as before where the printing cannot be landscape.
