Why does the invoice influences Qty on Hand by substracting and
Delivery note by Adding ?
This is confusing
Did you enable “Track quantity to deliver” for the Inventory item(s) in the delivery note, as per Use delivery notes | Manager ?

No, I am still under the assumption that from the time i enabled delivery notes, all invoices need delivery notes to remove items from the inventory.
No one can help you troubleshoot when you obscure all the important information, @Giorgos_Arnakis. It is not even possible to tell how your screen shots relate to one another (if they do).
I offer two points:
- Are you aware that inventory items must now be individually designated to track quantities to receive and deliver?
- There was a bug recently fixed that may relate to whatever you are seeing. So be sure to update your software.
Sorry I was not aware of what is important information since I wasn’t told. I was aware however of the sensitive information I don’t feel 100% confortable sharing with the public.
Also I am using the cloud version AND I was not aware that inventory items must now be individually designated to track quantities to receive and deliver.
So, I guess if i batch update all the products to track quantity, my problem will be solved
