Invoice custom fields out of place

Hello,

My notes on custom fields are recorded out of the designed box (at its bottom) and aren’t shown on printed invoices (see pic).

There are workarounds to avoid the issue (write each time, clone old invoice, etc.) however, I would like to know how to fix this once for all.

What version number are you using?

this is because you have entered the contents as a description while creating the custom field and not set as a form default.
read the guide Set form defaults | Manager
