I noticed that custom fields don’t appear in the Delivery Notes.
For “Invoices” they work great.
How can I fix that issue?

Fixed in the latest version (16.4.23)
Just make sure when you upgrade, go to Custom fields
under Settings
tab and check the box on custom fields so they show on “printed documents”
