If there is any option for Negative Stock inventory indication.
Negative stock is indicated by the Back Order column on the Inventory Items tab. The Back Order is created when an item is sold and there is insufficient stock to fill the order.
Also note, the back order status does not in any way mean the stock has actually been ordered, only that it needs to be.
