Internal Error response when accessing Assets through Summary Tab

Good day,

I need help. I am using Manager cloud and several of my Businesses are experiencing this internal Error under Summary. Particularly, Bank and Cash equivalents and receivables.

So, I am trying to go into my Cash & cash equivalents through the Summary Tab. I want to see the breakdown of the Cash & Cash Equivalent. But The System is breaking down

What exactly do you click on - your description is not enough to determine what tabs and/or data you are clicking on

If possible show a screen shot of your actions

So, I’m clicking the figure 1,583,125.89 (in Blue)

Same here.
Using cloud version , we have 4 Business 3 of them working with no issues but the other one shows Internal error when we try to open ,

That’s a different error message

Both issues fixed in the latest version (24.5.20.1551)
