No. Please read the FAQ. There, you will see the recommendation to search the forum before starting new topics. This issue has been discussed dozens of times, with recommendations on approaches. Normally, you should enter starting balances corresponding to ending balances from your old accounting system. See the Guide: Enter starting balances | Manager.
Probably but depending on how much you are prepared to pay for it you may have asked the wrong question. See this post and the linked threads
