Import business on new laptop without backup

Hi There,

My computer crashed and all my backups were on the laptop, now i have a new laptop but can’t import due to not having the backups, is there any way i can get my business info back?

Not unless a technician can recover the files.

You should make regular backups and place them on at least 2 external sources like a USB hard drive or a USB stick, or in the cloud like e.g. Google Drive, Dopbox, Mega, etc. See also this guide

Good morning

I have a small issue with my VAT invoice.
The VAT amount is incorrect, meaning the total are also incorrect.
Is there a way that i can change that?

Assuming this is unrelated to this thread (other than you started it), please start another thread for it.
In that tread please illustrate:

  • exactly what is wrong. What invoice or report.
  • How exactly do you want to change it, ie to correct a data entry error or do you believe a quantity is calculated incorrectly?
  • What Manager version are you using (the actual version number)
