I am having the same issue as the previous thread :

Possible Bug - Import Bank Statement - Date issue

Manager Server, when importing a bank statement the dates default to US standard ie. mm/dd/yyyy instead of the format the system is set at, in our case dd/mm/yyyy. I have checked the Manager preferences OK. In Manager all dates appear correct. [Preferences] I have confirmed the QIF date format is correct [qif format] I have check date format in CSV is correct as well. The solution was provided in the link you post here:

Solved by updating to the latest version. Date format is now correct after bulk update.

So what Edition and Version of Manager are you using? Also why do you not show screenshots of your own system and issues?

No because I do not understand what you are trying to resolve. Both screenshots show dates in 2024 and it is not clear what date issue you are reporting.

when i upload the bank statement manager.io is misreading the date and months…the file i am uploading has the correct date and months format.

i have marked in red the mistake : instead of reading april 2024 , manager.io is reading november 2024.

Did you try to change the Manager date format to match that of the import or vice versa? Did it work before?

yes i have already change the date to match manager.io but the problem is still the same.

please note that the issue arise since april 2024, before i didnt have this issue.
