Idea for expense claims

Expense claims by employees could be done using pretty much the same method as “Suppliers” and “Purchase Invoices”, however rather having “Employees” and “Expense Claims”.

There are going to be some changes to expense claims by end of this month. The current implementation is lacking a bit.
