I cant reach my account 504 Gateway Error

I think we’re just talking, and none of the officials are able to answer our problems yet. Therefore, after recovering the data, I decided to use other, more secure programs. My company is truly in a big predicament now.

Hi there my account is not working can someone fix this for me.

here is the problem( No Container Instances were found in your cluster. Exception of type ‘Amazon.Runtime.Internal.HttpErrorResponseException’ was thrown.) and now its telling me getway time out

Is this a general suggestion, or does it address the current issue affecting some users?

@Esllam_Rashwan I failed to replicate the issue. But it seems many people are facing it.

There was confidence that there was no problem, but now the opposite has happened. This problem is affecting all branches of the company. Please respond and resolve the issue immediately, as time is running out and there is a malfunction in all branches.

Its working for me now without doing anything (means restarting the cloud).

Impact

  • All users affected (tested from multiple locations and ISPs)

  • Access fails on desktop and mobile (cellular network as well)

  • Cannot access portal to restart our cloud server

There seems to be a big issue with cloud version of manager, people can’t sign in. Maybe a server issue.
