How to safe data from different PC

hi, im new on manager so i still dont know many things.

my problem is.
my office pc that i use manager program from get trouble, the motherboard is dead.

my office pc SSD is normal. i try bring the SSD to my home PC to safe the file.
but when i open the manager program at my home PC. the manager program is running, but my business looks corrupt, the business name become some random number and alphabet.

how i can safe my data?

Steps

  1. Make a back up of your data file

  2. Make another back up of your data file to another storage device as you should have already had multiple backups

  3. Install Manager on your new computer (this is likely to be a much newer version than on your old PC because business file names changed from GUID to text names long ago)

  4. Open Manger and import one of those data files with GUID number as a name, start with the larger recently modified file

  5. Make a back up of your data file

  6. Start a backup system with an automatic component as well as manual back ups.
