How to Freeze "User ID"

Hi,
**we create several User IDs as per department requirement, is it possible to FREEZ the ID for the time being instead of DELETE? **

If you are asking whether it’s possible to disable users. No, this is not supported but you could change their password to something random so they won’t be able to log in.
