You can try using the Batch Operation feature.
Batch Operations

Or use Excel Macros to process your data and send it via Api2.

As @eko has stated:
If you don’t know about Api2 or even that it existed you will have two options:

  1. You learn about Aip2 and how to use it. (I don’t recommend that you go down this path unless you will use quite a bit.)
  2. You use Batch Operations.

I suggest that you use Batch Operations as @Mabaega suggested, it will be a lot easier to learn/use if you don’t know Aip2.

That is possible but requires you invest in your programmers time. To recover that cost will take time and depend on how much you save over just manually entering the data into Manager.

There is some information on batch operations in the guides.

The api is described in the forum and self documented. Search results for 'Api2 order:latest_topic' - Manager Forum Actually using the application programming interface is far more difficult than finding that information hence the suggestion it is not suitable for you.
