History empty

Purchase orders have been created in this administration (46), but there is nothing in the [History].
Is this logical? It seems to me that something is wrong.

I cannot duplicate this behavior. Have you possibly imported a backup of this business on which you did not check the box to include History? Since your History file is totally empty, the issue in your case is not limited to purchase orders, but to every transaction ever entered.

Good to know that there should normally be history mutations.
I am going to ask the customer for more information.

Backup can be created without history.
Entries made using old versions of Manager will not have history
