I run two High Volume eBay & Amazon Stores and Im just wondering how I could integrate Manager into them both?
Between both sales channels I have around 50 orders per day and I don’t want to manually input lots of data.

Not sure about Amazon but with eBay I assume your customers pay you through Paypal so you would generally import those transactions. Then you can use bank rules which can automatically categorize these transactions.
I imagine there will be something similar for Amazon where you can export your transactions to QIF or OFX format which can be then imported to Manager similar to Paypal.
