Hide Unused Account

Is there a way to hide from the Chart of Accounts accounts that I no longer use? For example, the one I set up for a vehicle that I do not have anymore? I can’t delete it because transactions are associated with it.

You can Edit these accounts and check :check_box_with_check: Inactive.

Note that this option is unavailable for:

  • Built-in accounts such as Billable Expenses, Inventory - Sales, etc.
  • Control accounts

I appreciate your reply, but how do I do that? When I click to edit them in my Chart of Accounts, I do not see that option.

What is the Version number of Manager that you are using?

Before you upgrade to the latest version, make sure that you have backups of your business files
