hello sir facing this problem how to solve it

i am trying change the folder but the software crush all the time what should i do to solve the problem . I’m worried wat if i lose my data.
please help

What OS - Windows, MacOS, Unix?

I’m worried wat if i lose my data.

First make a current backup if you have not already.

• within Manager you can use the backup button. Or
• in the iOS Finder goto your Application data folder and copy the businesses files there.
