as i create good receipts , the incventory is not updated
please guide me

When you record a Goods Receipt, it will decrease the Qty to receive and increase the Qty on hand. You will only see Qty owned after the Purchase Invoice has been created.
To make sure these columns are visible, open the Inventory Items tab and click Edit columns. From there, enable Qty to receive and Qty on hand if they are not already displayed on your screen.
Also check that the option “Acts as Goods Received Note” is unchecked on your Purchase Invoice
I’ve found Good Receipt and Delivery Notes are used to change the date of inventory movement only. Once you enable them, Manager.io will assume the Purchase Invoice date and Sales Invoice date is the date of inventory change, unless you adjust it with GR/DN, using either the Also Act As option or creating a separate GR/DN
Goods Received Notes and Delivery Note record the physical reception and delivery of inventory items
The actual ownership of inventory items is determined by the Purchase Invoices and the Sales Invoices
