Form Default Custom Field Not Appearing

Hello there,

The Form Default Custom Field Information are not appearing in Invoice and delivery note for all customers.

Why is this ? Please advise.

You haven’t posted the full form/document so it isn’t clear what I am looking at.

The steps to create a custom note on the Invoice & Delivery Note are

  1. Create two custom fields in Settings/Custom Fields - one for the Invoice and one for the Delivery Note. Be sure to select Show Custom Field on printed documents.

  2. Edit the forms in Settings/Form Defaults and add the standard text you want to appear into the Note, then Update

I presume that you are using the latest version - if not, please update
The note should now appear on all new forms
