Footer in reports

I would like to ask if it would be possible to add the footer functionality also for Reports. At this moment it’s quite easy to add a custom footer on an invoice or order, but it’s not possibble yet to add this to a report.

It would be especially good to be able to add a footer for a text with bank account details on a statement. That can be send directly to a customer then if they have outstanding amounts

Do you mean something like Customer Statements (Unpaid Invoices).
If so then you can make a pdf and send it in the text or send a link.

Yes, on reports like Customer Statements (Unpaid invoices) I would like to add footers with messages on.

Yes I know I can make a pdf en send it, but I would like to put info on the statement, the same way is possible for invoices, orders, etc.

So is it possible to put the same mechanism of footers on reports as a development request?

Yes cause someone put it in Ideas, so it will get reviewed by @Lubos.

As was explained before the Ideas category is not a Road Map. See als older posts:

You didn’t read the last part of my reply, I said it will be reviewed by @lubos.
I did not say it would be added, I just said that it was now a development request.

I actually read it, just did not think it was relevant as your answer was Yes to:

I just highlighed that something that is put into ideas even if viewed by @Lubos does not necessarily become part of the development roadmap. It may even be removed from the ideas category if no purpose. Also as you are well aware some ideas are already many years in that category and as such it is better to not give false development hopes.

I was answering

Correct it may never be added but it may be considered.

Is there a way to enable a custom theme or footer section in Reports, similar to how it’s done with invoices or other documents?
We would like to add a signature or custom footer (e.g., for authorized signatory, notes, or company stamp) at the bottom of reports generated from Manager. Any suggestions or workarounds would be appreciated.

Some reports do have a footer section - what reports are you talking about?

In any case, having a footer doesn’t do much to validate the reports - entries can always be made after the report is created and another report printed
