It just show up, and I have no idea how to remove it.
Normally it would just be the SUB-TOTAL plus the tax and final number, this time it has 1 extra line/charges and it changes the final total number
Guessing a little bit but I would head over to your GST/VAT code setup area and confirm that everything there is setup correctly.

Dear Paul,
I was in such a rush for the quote, I didn’t think to go back and check the tax.
I had been using manager for basic things, so everything was set up already.
Meaning it was going smoothly and there was just 1 extra line below the tax without any names. So “out of nowhere” hahaha.
Anyway, thanks for the reminder. I took the weekend to go through the basic setting again and double-check everything.
@hellrise you seen to still use a custom theme, which is fine, we do the same but it is part of obsolete features. Note version at time of this posting is
