I am in Myanmar (Burma), currency is “MMK”, when we export the data to excel, and do some total, or sorting, the excel does not recognize the data column with MMK prefix as data, it recognizes as text, and we can not do total sum or sorting for value.
And i remove the currency suffix, and i can sort or add total in excel.
this is not a problem related to Manager but excel itself.
It actually is not a “problem” at all. You just need to format the cells in Excel as currency, with proper symbol and format selections. Otherwise, depending on your version and settings in Excel, the spreadsheet will interpret content as either general or text.
