I have been trying to import exchange rate using the Batch Create feature. I note that the currency does not now have to be the UUID of the currency so have used the currency code as defined in my database.
However, the Batch Create function gets to this stage but does not show a Rate column in the Preview. Does anyone know the correct format of ‘Rate’?
Have you tried entering rates manually and then using Batch Update to get the correct headings and format?
Hi Joe91, yes, thatis where I started. I have even tried setting up one rate, copying it to the clipboard, pasting into a sheet and just changing the date by one day and then pasting that back into the Update screen. I still get no Rate column showing in the Preview and, unless the currency column is adjusted to be just my currency code, I get a blank column for ‘Currency’.
I’m using the Cloud version.

The problem is with the column name used for rate. The correct name should be ExchangeRateValue.
