Error when generating .pdf on the General Ledger Transactions Report

I’m preparing my reports for our year-end and the only report that I am unable to generate a .pdf report for is the General Ledger Transactions Report. When I generate the report and then try to click on “PDF” to generate the .pdf file, It asks me where I want to save the file to and then when I click on save, I get the following message: “System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process” and then no .pdf file is generated. The only way I was able to get a pdf file was by clicking on “Print” and then printing to pdf.

What edition (desktop, server, or cloud) and version number? What operating system and version number?

I’m using Desktop Manager v.21.5.12 and my operating system is Windows 10 Home, here’s a screen shot :

I have updated to the latest version of Desktop Manager and this problem is still happening. Will this be corrected soon? Thanks

You need to check the Microsoft Webview2 runtime is installed

Although it is strange that creating a pdf only fails for this report.
