Error lunching the app

Hi all,
I clicked on the M sign to lunch Manager application but, I got this message on the browser:

Hmmm… can’t reach this page

It looks like the webpage at http://127.0.0.1:55667/ might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED

Any advises?

What edition of Manager are you using (desktop, server, or cloud)? Also, by “M sign,” I assume you are referring to the Manager icon. Which icon, the main application or an alias? And that leads to a final question: which operating system are you using?

Thank you for your reply, yes I am using desktop edition on Windows 10, and before that also, so I re-installed the software, and now is working.
