See if this helps.
Thanks a lot , but it still showing me the same error
is it possible to get a back on those companies save there?
Just to confirm, are you using the latest version of Manager? Go to https://www.manager.io and download/install the latest version. See if it fixes your issue.
I am having the same issue. Did you get it resolved?
Then provide the same information @lubos asked @Buthelezi to provide, i.e.
Hi, Lubos
Thanks a lot I will try
Hi, Juill no still not resolved
Provide the info as requested by @Lubos here on the forum!
No, still the same issue
@Buthelezi & @jmurillo
I assume you have no real interest in resolving this issue. No one can help you fix the issue on your particular hardware without you providing far more information than you have.
Perhaps you would be better off buying a cloud licence as the user computer management requirements are lower so appear to be a better match to your demonstrated input.
Thanks for the update. I might just purchase the cloud version as suggested by other users.
I get the exact same message as the photo you posted. I tried everything that was suggested with no luck.
Hi Eko, the photo was posted at the beginning of the thread. I am getting the same message.
Hi Patch, the photo was posted at the beginning of the thread. I will most likely purchase the cloud version as suggested. Thanks
You could try going to Managers program installation folder, which is probably
C:\Users\ < your user name >\AppData\Roaming\Manager
Double click on ManagerServer.exe
Then in your usual web browser go to http://localhost:8080
If you have not loged in before
Enter the Username
administrator, and click Login (Do not enter anything into the Password
field)
Then select your business
Thanks a lot i will try it and revert back
I will try that too, thanks
Didn’t work for me but I am going to purchase the cloud version. Thanks again
