We have been having problems sending emails from manager as per the screen shot below. Has happened in the past but always resolved after a day or two but has now lasted for 4 or 5 days. We have changed nothing.
Forgot to add that we are using the cloud version of manager
Have you emailed the postmaster as suggested in the error message?
No I haven’t because I have no idea what that means and I assume it is a manager problem because we are not having any other email issues with that account.
The message implies that the person/organisation in charge of the service bond.com believes that your email is part of a spam service.
They blacklist the sending address to avoid transmitting the email
Oh thanks for that. I am not that tech savy and just didn’t understand at all. Have sent them an email and it does seem to be working now, although they didn’t reply so fingers crossed it is fixed.
