Email wont send issues

This email issue is becoming extremely frustrating
I have reviewed and updated my email settings several times with success on those occasions.
I have sent emails as recently as 27/7/2019 but this evening i get this message

But without more information - what version of manager are you using? What platform? What email service provider? it is not possible to be more specific

Step 1: Allow Access to Google Account causing the problem

It had somehow become “NOT enabled” ???
