Emails stopped working

I am logged into my gmail account but my email keeps displaying this error message any advise would be appreciated

There have been numerous posts regarding this topic, including this one which is pinned to the top of the forum. You will need to follow the steps in that post to set up your email server, manager will no longer send emails without proper configuration.
