Gmail problem

I am on a laptop with the latest Windows 10.
I am using the Cloud version of Manager.
I have a Gmail email account and the settings are as advised by Manager topics.

What to do?

When you say “as advised by Manager topics” do you include the guides specific to gmail?

Perhaps you could post your a screen shot of your email settings here (block any sensitive information) and let us know what version of Manager your are using and of any recent changes to your PC
