Email templates for Customer Portals

Gents,

I’ve seen and I’m using the possibility to sent email directly through Manager.io.
However what is missing is the template for ‘Customer Portal’.

Template: > Settings > Email Templates:

  • Using : Sales Invoices
  • Available : Credit Note, Customer Statement, Payment, Payslip, Purchase Invoice, Receipt
  • Missing : Customer Portal, and probably others :wink:

Do I overlook or is it really missing?

I don’t know about this part since I don’t have a complete list of everything that could be emailed:

However, we do have an Email button for Customer Portal and it only makes sense to have an email template for that as well.

I will place this in ideas and change the subject accordingly

Interesting question! Switching account types like customer → student could really help with organizing data. Did you already check the official documentation

? Sometimes the answer is hidden there.

Changing tab names is not a feature of Manager.

I have to point this out to save you and other users the trounle of having to search the guides for something that doesn’t exist.
