I just noticed that manager as added customer portal to its accounting program with is very cool and interesting to win the market and easy access to customers.
But when I share it with my customers, they gave me an idea that I think it will be very okay for the program.
Most of my customers complained that: Can the SALES INVOICE in customer portal be the customer STATEMENT, which will enable the customer to view the sales invoice allocated to his account and view the receipt paid into his account with the actual account balance for easy reconciliation.
That’s the feedback I got and I think it is very reasonable to have such a feature in the customer portal section. Below is perfect image of statement i guess it will great for the job
