I’m using the official Cloud Edition (URL: https://[mybusiness].manager.io
).
I’ve enabled the Customer Portal in Settings, and my customers have valid email addresses. However, when I go to the Customers tab, I do not see the “Customer Portal” button at the top of the screen. I’m the Admin user, and I’ve tried refreshing, using different browsers, and creating new test customers — the button still doesn’t appear.
Could you please advise or check if there’s an issue with my account setup?

There is no button that appears on the Customers tab.
Customer Portals links are only displayed under Settings > Customer Portals

How do I set up a username and password for the client to have secure access to the portal?
The guide document at https://www.manager.io/guides/customer-portals explains that the client can have a secure online interface.
Can you help me with that?

I apologize for the late reply, there is no password.
The long cryptic url and unsearchable webpage both serve as a security measure as strong as – if not stronger than – a basic password.
You just need to make sure that the url isn’t shared by mistake to someone else
