Email subject and document numbers

I’m new to the forum but have been using Manager for a time and a half now, great software and thanks to the developers!

I would please like to know if its possible to automatically add the quote/invoice number to the email subject line (after the custom name), and also add the number to the quote/invoice file name?

I use the automatic numbering on quotes and invoices, and a few times forget to manually put this numbers in after seeing what the next number generates.

Something like -(bussiness name) Quote 1223
(bussiness name) Invoice 1223

I have a recollection that there has been discussion of this on the forum. Have you searched for it? I could be wrong.

I dont see specifically the same, I only saw someone asking to change the output file name (pdf) to the clients name

One of the factors that influenced my decision to go with Manager was the ability to email from the application immediately after creating the invoice, without having to do any more than clicking the Email button. No worries about saving a pdf invoice, then switching into an email application, creating a new message and addressing it correctly, and remembering to attach the pdf invoice to it.
