Email not viewed by client

I send emails through the application but my clients cant see the attachments. If they try to view it shows the error below.

127.0.0.1 refused to connect.

Kindly advice

What edition (Server, Cloud, Desktop) and version of Manager are you using?

What setting have you got in Settings/Legacy Features?

Hi i am using a desktop edition, operating through a mac.
Legacy features i dont see.

I did the setting as you suggested, but the attachment is not aligned properly. I am attaching it for your reference.

Is this a new problem - the iroginal one was about email delivery? If it is, then starting a new topic with a different subject would be better than adding it to the existing topic

Are you using a custom theme - it looks like you are using a custom theme?
Can you show a copy of the edit screen of the Delivery Note?

I am not using any custom theme. Attached is an edit screen copy.

What do you get using the view button - not the pdf image

It looks like your business address is wrongly formatted

This is what I see when I press view.

You business address should be broken into more lines - it is too long for the pdf to work properly

After the width of the column for the address is set to accomodate your long address, there is not enough room left for the other coloums

Please show Settings/Business Details

I changed the way the address was written now it’s proper.

Good, but you never answered the question about your first query about the customer not receiving the email attachment

As soon as I changed the legacy setting. The issue was resolved.
