Manager has decided to not sent email and instead gives an error window as shown. I am using Manager 14.1.9. I cannot connect to the forum through manager also. Thanks for your help. Lou
You’ll want to backup your data (just in case) and update Manager to the latest version.

You also ought to update your software. You are literally hundreds of improvements out of date.

This would be a backup > install >import process then? I have database backups.
Yes. Install exactly as before. No need to uninstall first. As long as you are on the same computer, you will not need to import your backup. The data isn’t in the application. It is in a separate data file called by the application.
