Email and PDF doesn't work at MAC

What can I do


Well, maybe start by searching the forum? I remember having seen several posts about it.

Also always indicate version of OS and of Manager.

the thing is it was working fine in the last update so something changed?

v20.6.88
mac 10.15.5

When you say “It worked well in the last version” that is quite vague - we do not know which version you updated from when updating to the current V 20.6.88

There were changes in emails setting some time ago, so that is perhaps the reason

so I did some checking what went wrong.
conclusion the new V 20.6.88 is not abele to copy paste excel data in the invoice.
the old versions till 20.2.66 are working but from 20.2.86 are not.

can you please restore the functionality to the 20.2.66 version

So you have pasted spreadsheet data into a text field, and you wonder why the program’s PDF generator will not handle it. Why would you think that it should?

What do the hyphens represent in the first screen shot of your last post? Are they text hyphens? Or are they zeros? Remember, the PDF generator is trying to generate a PDF from what it assumes to an HTML rendering on screen.

And what does that screen shot have to do with the description in your second screen shot? The numbers are not the same.

in the old versions it was able to copy a line form excel. now its not.

now you get a system crash. old versions made a PDF.

Pic withe the numbers are a example.

so I know how to work around now but it will be nice if it worked again.
