- Re install that so we know you have the full program code
- run Manger & post a screen shot of the error

- Being sure you have backed up your data files
- establishing what actually happens with v20.9.89 (post a screen shot of any error)
Then
- install the current version of Manager
- Run that version and post a screen shot of any error
now install the current version of Manager and try that. Post a screen shot of any errors
When you say current version, which version is that?
