Did not receive invoice anymore


We are using Cloud Version. But we no longer receive invoices, but only receive receipt email.

We need the invoices copy for our annual accounting and audit purposes.
Please advise how do we download the invoice?

When you click on Billing tab, there is a View Payment History button which will give you access to all your invoices / receipts retrospectively.

But the one in view payment history doesn’t print with company information such as Company name and address…

You can set Billing Address under Billing tab. Then all those invoices will be updated retrospectively.
