This should really be on the front page

I agree it is an important pervasive philosophy of Manager. It is actually already prominently displayed on the cloud page and cloud price page. There has been some confusion about what happens at the end of a trial period, or perhaps Manger has recently been enhanced.

I suspect the cloud version deserves it’s own guide, which would fit nicely in the “First steps” → “Software version” section of the guide. There are a few functions specific to the cloud versions such as:

• Extra back up options
• URL setup
• Subscription renewal (before expiry, after expiry vs starting a subscription)
• Administrator password reset
• Other white label features such as extra URL, help link

Particularly given even with a reasonable forum search this information has not been that obvious eg:

Backing Up Data again from Cloud edition

You note that it says Downgrade back to free desktop edition at any point of time in future. Unlike other cloud accounting solutions, with us, you will never lose access to your data when you stop your subscription as you can always download full backup and import into desktop edition for free. But as you never started your subscription, … Anyway, how much data did you enter in the 7 days? Surely you can do it again in the desktop version

Having Problem Backing up Manager IO cloud version

Backups of very large files can fail using Backup button. There will be a solution to this within a few months but for the time being, there is an alternative way to obtain a backup. Go to Cloud Edition | Manager and click Management Console. You will be able to log into management console for your site. There is Backups tab which contains all the data on our backup server.
