Not at the same time, no. But you can immediately copy the invoice to the note. See Use the Copy to function | Manager.
Also, be aware that if you are delivering things immediately, you might not want to enable delivery notes at all. Manager will assume immediate delivery upon creation of the sales invoice. Read Manage inventory - Part 2 Continuation | Manager and Create delivery notes | Manager.
Hi,I am néw for manager and last month starting use my maximum customer is credit customer so everytime I need to make sales invoice and same time delivery note but after creating delivery note I got diffrance in inventory item there in delevery item show zero can explain me this issue
You need to illustrate your situation with screen shots.
you need to make good receiving for the purchase invoice in order to affect the inventory balance unless otherwise you make a cash payment which doesn’t need Goods Receipt
