Deleting unwanted data

By coincidence I imported about 800 bank transactions on the wrong account. Is there any method to cancel these transactions. If I have to do this manually, it is a time consuming task.
Hoping there is some way out to solve this nasty problem. It doesn’t matter if i have to delete the account where these transactions have been saved.
