Please i want to know all deference between free and cloud edition ,
Basically the fact that is multiuser and that you can set access policies for each user.
Great, its okay for me for 1 user … but is there in free edition capacity for details then i have to upgreat it?

The free desktop edition has no limits on anything. You can have as many businesses as you like, with as many transactions in each as you want, forever. Unlike most accounting packages, the business model is not to entice you with a few free transactions and then try to sell you the monthly subscription to the cloud service.
