Default Tax code for a group of Customers

We have to charge few customers 20% GST and from others 17% GST, is there any way to auto set this in sale invoice when we select a customer, currently we have to change 17% GST to 20% GST Manually on each line for customers who we need to charge 20% GST

in almost all jurisdictions, the tax rates are dependent on the items you sell rather than the customer. so there is no possibility to set default tax rates for customers in Manager.
